From October 22 to November 5, 2026, participating restaurants throughout Banff National Park invite diners to experience exclusive menus, unique dishes and creative culinary experiences from some of the region’s top chefs. From comforting après-inspired favourites to elevated alpine cuisine and inventive takes on regional flavours, Taste for Adventure is an opportunity to explore the diverse food scene found throughout Banff and Lake Louise.

Make a night of it or turn your culinary adventure into a fall mountain getaway. Spend the day exploring Banff National Park before settling in for an unforgettable meal, or sample your way through several participating restaurants over the course of the two-week celebration.
