Iconic Peak, Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise

The Iconic Peak cocktail reflects the natural beauty of Lake Louise and the changing seasons. Its vibrant colour mirrors the late evening sun as it casts red and purple hues over Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise before slipping behind the surrounding mountains.

Flavour: Blending whisky, tawny port, lemon juice, Campari, honey water and Fairview Bitters. It’s rich and balanced, with a smooth, full-bodied texture from the port and honey. Campari adds a touch of bitterness, while the lemon brings bright acidity. The Fairview Bitters provide an herbal finish that enhances the flavour without overwhelming it.

Emerald Glow, Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge

The Emerald Glow cocktail pays tribute to its home at Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge. Its elegant flavours and vivid colour reflect the striking green lakes that make JPL so iconic.

Flavour: Combining vodka, cucumber vermouth, Chartreuse Verte and lime juice for a fresh, well-balanced profile. The cucumber infusion adds a crisp, elevated texture, while the Chartreuse brings a smooth layer of herbal sweetness.

Wildflower, Fairmont Banff Springs

A delightful, modern twist on a Negroni, the Wildflower cocktail embodies equal parts timeless and contemporary. It’s an eye-catching floral drink that leaves a lasting impression, much like the Fairmont Banff Springs itself.

Flavour: Getting its elevated structure from the unique Rundle Bar Gin which is infused with butterfly pea flower, The Wildflower cocktail is smooth through the entire drink experience with a sweet and light fruity finish thanks to elderflower liqueur, Lillet Blanc, and plum bitters.

Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge respectfully acknowledges the land on which we are located as Treaty 6 Territory and the traditional meeting grounds, traveling route and home to many Indigenous peoples including the Cree, Saulteaux (So-toe), Blackfoot, Métis, Dene (De-nay), Nakota Sioux (Sue) and Secwépemc (Suh-wep-muhc). We pay respect to all Indigenous peoples who have marked these lands for centuries as we continue to walk forward, together.
