Taste for Adventure | Banff & Lake Louise Culinary Festival

Get ready for a mouthwatering exploration of the Canadian Rockies’ culinary scene at Taste for Adventure. Over two weeks, Banff and Lake Louise’s top chefs and restaurants roll out exclusive menus and limited-time dishes that showcase the region’s seasonal bounty and mountain flair.

From intimate three-course dinners to chef-curated tasting menus and inventive shared platters, each participating eatery offers its own take on mountain cuisine — think locally sourced game, wood-fired meats, foraged mushrooms, regional produce, and bold seasonal flavours.

Dine among stunning Rockies landscapes, in cozy lodges or chic mountain-town restaurants, letting your taste buds lead the adventure. The event is perfect for food lovers, couples, families, and travellers seeking a deeper connection to place through cuisine.

Northern lights in Banff National Park in the winter

    Banff

With humility and deep respect, we acknowledge that we live and work within the present-day territories of Treaty 6, 7 and 8, as well as the Métis Homeland. The lands and waters of Banff National Park have been used for millennia by Indigenous Peoples for sustenance, ceremony, trade and travel. We thank them for their continued stewardship and for sharing this land.

    Jasper

Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge respectfully acknowledges the land on which we are located as Treaty 6 Territory and the traditional meeting grounds, traveling route and home to many Indigenous peoples including the Cree, Saulteaux (So-toe), Blackfoot, Métis, Dene (De-nay), Nakota Sioux (Sue) and Secwépemc (Suh-wep-muhc). We pay respect to all Indigenous peoples who have marked these lands for centuries as we continue to walk forward, together.
