New Year’s Eve In Jasper
Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge rings in the New Year with a full night of dining and celebration. The centerpiece is the New Year’s Eve Gala with Countdown, a lavish dinner buffet in the Mary Schaffer Ballroom. Expect prime rib, a seafood tower with oysters and lobster tails, truffle risotto, and a dessert spread with champagne towers. It runs from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM. Tickets are $189 per adult and $94.50 per child, with reservations required.
For a different vibe, Thirsty Elk brings an ’80s-themed dance party in Tent City. Guests can dress up, dance to a DJ, and enjoy a complimentary midnight toast and snacks. It runs from 10:00 PM to 2:00 AM and costs $50 per adult. Tickets must be purchased at the time of guest room booking.
There are more dining options throughout the evening. Stanley’s Kitchen & Bar offers a New Year’s Eve dinner feature from 5:00 to 10:00 PM. Orso Trattoria hosts a VIP four-course dinner with live music, from 5:30 to 9:00 PM, for $159 per adult. Guests in Signature Cabins can also book a private Fireside Cabin Dinner for New Year’s Eve.
The celebration continues into January 1 with a New Year’s Day breakfast and brunch, plus a Breakfast in Bed option for Signature Cabin and Luxury Lakefront Suite guests. It’s a full holiday finale, from candlelit dinners to the first sunrise of the year over Jasper National Park.
