Whistler Farmers Market

Cherries blackberries and raspberries at a Farmers Market.

Whistler Farmers Market returns for another vibrant season from May 18 to October 12, 2025. Featuring local growers, artisan food producers, and craftsmen, this open-air market springs to life every Sunday from 11 AM to 4 PM along the Upper Village Stroll at the base of Blackcomb Mountain. On four long weekends—Canada Day, BC Day, Labour Day, and Thanksgiving—the market also runs on Saturdays.

What began in 1994 with one farm and a couple of crafters has grown into a beloved Whistler tradition. Each week, around 70 vendors set up shop, and 130 rotate through the season, offering everything from fresh produce to artisan crafts and hot food. Live local entertainment fills the market with energy, while a fun kids’ adventure zone keeps young explorers engaged.

Visitors find more than just goods—they experience connection. Swap stories with local farmers, browse behind-the-scenes of artisanal booths, or sample a snack while listening to tunes. The market offers hot meals, baked goods, preserves, crafts, fresh flowers, meats, honey, and beverages.

Eco-conscious by design, the market works with AWARE Whistler to manage waste responsibly and encourages visitors to bring reusable bags. Its location, just steps from Whistler Village’s shops and gondolas, makes it easy to explore, whether arriving on foot, bike, or shuttle.

Community comes alive here each week. Whether you’re searching for dinner ingredients, artisan treasures, or simply a taste of Whistler character, the Whistler Farmers Market delivers.

With humility and deep respect, we acknowledge that we live and work within the present-day territories of Treaty 6, 7 and 8, as well as the Métis Homeland. The lands and waters of Banff National Park have been used for millennia by Indigenous Peoples for sustenance, ceremony, trade and travel. We thank them for their continued stewardship and for sharing this land.
